M Lounge
Menu
M Lounge is a great place to relax with friends and colleagues after a meeting or long flight.
Unwind with your favorite cocktail, wine, imported microbrew, or domestic beer. Get the evening going with a plate of delicious Thai chicken satay or choose one of our other artfully prepared appetizers. To cap off the experience, try one of our liquid desserts, such as one of Charlie's Chocolatinis (White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur and Bailey's Irish Creme topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle).

Moka serves specialty coffee drinks, made with premium illy caffe blends, pastries, and light snacks for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacking.

The iTASTE program is available at Moka, the Epicurean Boutique/Über Coffee Bar located on the lobby level.
For $25, guests may check out an iPod containing a video podcast that guides users through a cheese, wine, or chocolate tasting.
PROGRAMS
-WINE-
Offering a wide range of wines from the world's most notable vineyards, iTASTE wine program participants will learn the finer points of choosing the right wine for any occasion. This tasting is served with French baguettes and a seasonal palate cleanser.
-CHEESE-
The iTASTE cheese program challenges guests to stretch their palates by sampling gourmet cheeses from regions of the world known for the finest cheese production. Hard and semi-hard cheeses derived from cow, sheep, and goat milk are served with dried grapes on the vine, toasted almonds, fig preserve, and dried strawberries.
-CHOCOLATE-
Guests will revel in a chocolate fantasy that encompasses flavors ranging from sweet to bittersweet. Samples include dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, and various drinking chocolates. This tasting is served with French baguettes and clementines.
COST: $25 per tasting, includes a souvenir DVD of the program

Epicurean Studio/ Cooking School
This interactive culinary learning experience, complete with a functional film-recording studio set, is located in the middle of the hotel’s fully-operational main kitchen. Grand Hyatt DFW is the only upscale hotel offering this level of culinary experience anywhere in the United States.
