Worth, Grand Hyatt DFW offers unique internationally themed meeting rooms on guestroom levels and a total of 34,000 square feet of flexible function space – including 20 conference suites and 26 meeting rooms - offering  the utmost convenience for your corporate guests and attendees.


To ensure your Grand Hyatt DFW event meets your standards, all of our meeting spaces and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Americas Ballroom
Step into this spacious 6,600 square foot grand ballroom and imagine the possibilities. Warm wood paneling and subdued glass and metal coffered lighting set the tone for a variety of functions from a seated banquet for 460 or a cocktail reception for 690 guests. Convenient to the main lobby, this elegant ballroom divides into seven sections for breakaway meetings, smaller or simultaneous events.
Conference Suites
Host an impressive small meeting or sales presentation in one of our 850 square foot conference suites.  Located throughout the guestroom floors, our conference suites accommodate 2 to 12 people, conference style, and are complete with a separate sitting area and private bathroom.
Executive Board Room
This 495 square foot board room features state-of-the-art capabilities, casually elegant décor, and a quiet and private atmosphere for your important meetings.  Meet with up to 16 VIPs, knowing our attentive multilingual staff offers utmost confidentiality and signature service.
Gateway Ballroom
Sure to impress the most discerning guest, the soft, recessed lighting and muted color palette of this 3,000 square foot ballroom make it a favorite of meeting planners. Divisible into four sections, this space is ideal for 316 people in a reception setting.  Invite a guest list of 240 to a banquet or sign-up 180 people for your classroom-style presentation.
Africa
Featuring 650 square feet of interior space, the Africa Room accommodates 70 guests for a reception or 40 in a formal banquet arrangement.  Host a class for 36 or invite 60 to your film showing
Asia
This 650 square foot event room offers ample space for up to 70 guests for small to mid-size receptions and banquets.  Teach 36 students in a classroom setting.  Accommodate 60 in a theater arrangement.
Australia
Another of our 650 square foot event rooms, the Australia accommodates up to 70 people.  Host a presentation in the Hollow Square set-up for 21 attendees.  Train 36 members of your sales staff in the classroom setting. Invite 21 VIPs to a board meeting.
Europe
Featuring 650 square feet of interior space, our Europe Room will allow you to entertain up to 70 guests at a reception or 40 in a formal seated banquet setting.  The theater arrangement accommodates 60 people and the classroom set-up will allow you to invite 36 participants.
North America
This premier event space offers 1,500 square feet of casually sophisticated interior space.  Divisible into three 500 square foot sections, the North America Room will accommodate 156 attendees in a theater arrangement or 75 in a classroom setting. Invite 158 people to a reception in this elegant venue, or entertain 90 guests at a banquet.
South America
With 1,500 square feet, this spacious meeting room is divisible into three 500 square foot sections.  Entertain 158 guests at a reception or host a grand banquet for 90 attendees.

Central America
Offering 1,000-square-feet of beautiful interior space, this meeting room is divisible into two 500-square foot sections.  Accommodate 105 guests for a reception or 60 in a seated banquet arrangement.
